01 — Diagnosis
Diagnosis
A thorough medical history and clinical examination combined with laboratory measurements (portable Doppler ultrasound, Ankle Brachial Index [ABI] at rest and after exercise) form the cornerstone of accurate diagnosis.
02 — Conservative Management
Conservative Management
At Vascular Therapy, everything is determined by the patient as the risk from existing diseases is individualized and all possible interventions are weighed against the risks they carry. In accordance with the Hippocratic dictum "to help, or at least to do no harm", our commitment is that the patient is offered the solution with the greatest possible benefit and the least possible risk.
In the majority of patients, conservative measures that can be taken to relieve symptoms have not been exhausted, and at Vascular Therapy patients are guided to consciously modify their lifestyle in the opposite direction from what led them to the disease. Additionally, medication is optimized and in many cases — especially in patients with very high perioperative risk — it becomes clear that "surgery is not the only solution".
03 — Imaging
Imaging
Triplex (Color Duplex) imaging is a non-invasive diagnostic method that uses ultrasound to visualize blood vessels. It allows us to evaluate vessel structure, blood flow, and the presence of any blockages or narrowings. It is an essential tool for the diagnosis and monitoring of vascular diseases.
04 — Pre-operative Assessment
Pre-operative Assessment
Due to atherosclerosis affecting all vessels in the body, the patient is treated as a whole system before surgery and undergoes thorough clinical and laboratory pre-operative evaluation. Excellent collaboration with renowned Cardiologists, Pulmonologists, Nephrologists, Neurologists, Radiologists, and Endocrinologists establishes the correct pre-operative strategy, while intraoperative collaboration with Anesthesiologists experienced in vascular surgery ensures the best possible outcome for the patient.

"Surgery is not the only solution"
In accordance with the Hippocratic dictum "to help, or at least to do no harm", our commitment is that the patient is offered the solution with the greatest possible benefit and the least possible risk. In many cases — especially in patients with very high perioperative risk — conservative management proves to be the best choice.
05 — Surgeries
Surgeries
When deemed necessary, we undertake to perform all surgical procedures involving the human circulatory system (arteries, veins & lymphatic vessels) except for heart vessels and intracranial vessels.

Venous Diseases
- Varicose veins of the lower limbs
- Telangiectasias, Phlebectasias
- Chronic venous insufficiency
- Venous stasis ulcers
- Deep vein thrombosis
- Post-thrombotic Syndrome
Arterial Diseases
- Peripheral arterial occlusion/stenosis
- Intermittent claudication
- Diabetic Foot
- Carotid artery stenosis
- Aortic Aneurysm
- Aortic Dissection
Lymphatic Vessels & Vascular Access
- Ascending Lymphangitis
- Chronic Lymphedema
- Recurrent cellulitis
- Vascular access (FISTULA)
- Central Venous Catheters
- Port-a-Cath
06 — Post-Operative Follow-Up
Post-Operative Follow-Up
Achieving a lasting result with the greatest possible safety for the patient requires regular post-operative monitoring. Vascular Therapy patients receive clear instructions for scheduling their follow-up examinations, enabling vascular events to be detected early and relapses to be prevented before they cause irreversible damage, often in a minimally invasive manner.
